U.S. shipping
Orders ship from China. Free U.S. shipping on orders of $99 USD or more. Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99 for orders under $99.
U.S. delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Estimated order processing is 3 business days (Monday–Friday), followed by 7–15 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery is 10–18 business days, subject to the order cutoff, holidays and carrier or customs delays. Tracking is provided after shipment.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs or local conditions. We do not promise a specific arrival date, DDP delivery or that all duties or taxes are included. Charges collected by this store are shown at checkout.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@shopcoldhoney.com. Voluntary-return items must be unused and unworn, with original packaging and tags where applicable. Contact us before sending a return; we provide the address and instructions after approval.
You pay return shipping for voluntary or change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. No restocking fee applies. Contact us about wrong, damaged or defective goods so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. We do not promise direct exchanges. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Returns are sent to China. We provide the exact return address and instructions after approving your request.
For voluntary returns (change of mind), the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If the item is defective or incorrect, we refund the full amount including the original shipping charge.
