Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from COLD HONEY.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Return Condition

For voluntary or change-of-mind returns, items must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In their original packaging
• With original tags, where applicable

Returns are sent to China. We provide the exact return address and instructions after approving your request.

Please do not send a return to an address found elsewhere without confirming it with us first.

Return Shipping

For voluntary or change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

For voluntary returns (change of mind), the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If the item is defective or incorrect, we refund the full amount including the original shipping charge.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos where helpful

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After we receive your return, we'll let you know within 5 days whether your refund is approved. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a return and contact us before placing a replacement order.

If you need a different item, please contact us and we will advise the most appropriate next step.
